Nice idea! I have toyed with a similar idea of adding Resurrected Imperial Soldiers which were brought back using a heartstone just like General Carius, and therefore would use the meshes for his armor. Also would be nice if the Imperial Soldiers could wear some armor resembling that from the appropriate era, I have created mod that adds armor like this to Fort Frostmoth ( https://www.nexusmods.com/skyrimspecialedition/mods/37690 ). Adding the cuirass would suffice, the textures were originally created by an other author and just refined by me and are free to use. Just a suggestion.
Symonson that is awesome well built ES III Imperial Armor. You should work with the Beyond Skyrim Team who is building Morrowind. It would be an awesom edition when Morrowind is released.
Here is everything about General Falx Carius General Falx Carius | Elder Scrolls | Fandom and one of the most powerful necromancers raised him, a powerful necromancer who raised General Carius would have raised his whole entire army with him. It would be a Frankenstein experiment which Necromancer's love to do in Elder Scrolls series.
Stick with Lore and be Lore Friendly.
This is one of the best mods in Skyrim SE and much needed.
I appreciate you reuniting the general with his crew but technically the only reason he's alive is because Neloth's Former Assistant did a heartstone experiment on him. (Theres a journal in the catacombs) So maybe in order to make it more accurate you could try to stick a heartstone in the soldiers chests?
Now it is more lore friendly. When it comes to lore even though the journal says the General, if you study military history, it will also include the soldiers under their command. Good eye Bill, I did not notice it. I had not had a chance to try the mod yet.
you should really put some wear and tear on them it's kind of hard to believe they all died of a stomach virus or something then were immediately resurrected in perfect condition lol interesting mod though
Neat idea. Did you consider flagging the ghost shader for them instead? Can't think of many ghost encounters in Sohlstheim and having the ghosts of Falx's troops show up under his command feels proper to me.

Here is a mesh of Ash Spawn + Zombie, which works very well for this mod.
