Installation: Install as any other mod. I've never used a mod manager and so didn't want to mess with that option. If you go through loose files route just drop em in your Skyrim Data folder. If you use the bsa and esp, I honestly don't know. But I figured if somebody wants that option as their download, they'd know how to install it.
I can only tell you what I've learned on xbox. I run xpmse fine with this on console and xp32 seems to work too based on others reports.
As far as nemesis and DAR and other pc-only software, I really don't know. Like I said I don't play on PC and have very little practical knowledge of animations on PC Skyrim beyond the fact that they utilize all these amazing programs.
I would suggest checking the linked mods in the description. They can tell you far more than I. I literally did nothing here, save for combine the 3 mods' files into one Data folder in a particular sequence, pack into a bsa and port to xbox. And now uploaded here at someone's request.
TUDM then added the Reanimated animations to overwrite and then added the scripts from TUDM Script Fixes. The OMA of TUDM uploaded it to xbox originally but this was 4 or so years ago. We needed an updated version and this was all open perms so I put this together. I will help with what I can but I just wanted to be up front about everything is all.
Have a good one.
Update: One user that was having trouble getting this to work suggested this as a potential fix. It worked for them anyways.
SPID Patch for TUDM https://www.nexusmods.com/skyrimspecialedition/mods/69531
Should help make NPC AI work better. I have no way of checking this out but it looks promising. I know there are many comments here about the NPC Dodge AI Settings being screwy...Definitely worth a look.
Lastly, if you've got an issue, I'd highly suggest posting here in the comments. Bug reports will be ignored. There are simply too many factors that could cause a problem with this mod, most often other mods and conflicts with them in some way. Anyhow, the users here have been very knowledgeable and many folks have sorted problems out in the comments. Again, I don't play on PC myself, they'll be of much greater assistance than I.
To the people experiencing the bug where you dodge while stuck in place I ran into the same problem but thanks to reddit users /u/Skygerby and /u/Sheezie6 I was able to find a solution. You have to run an older version of nemesis with the Ultimate Dodge Patch enabled. GitHub? You can install it with Mod Organizer 2.0 along with your newest version of Nemesis no problem. It will solve the issue.
I finally managed to get TUDM working with the Pandora engine, just leavin it here incase I forget.
Step 1: Install Pandora with vortex
Step 2: Install TUDM Reborn & TUDM Pandora Animation Patch [https://www.nexusmods.com/skyrimspecialedition/mods/127728?tab=posts] and let the TUDM pandora patch override TUDM Reborn with vortex
Step 3: Go to AppData>Roaming>Vortex>skyrimse>mods>Pandora_Behaviour_Engine>Nemesis_Engine>mod now leave this tab open and install the older nemesis from string2021 [https://github.com/ShikyoKira/Project-New-Reign---Nemesis-Main/releases/download/v0.80aSE-beta/Nemesis.Unlimited.Behavior.Engine.v0.8aSE-beta.rar]
Step 4: Extract Nemesis then open the folder and go to Nemesis_Engine>mod you'll find a folder named "tudm", now with tab open from step 3, drag the tudm folder from Nemesis_Engine>mod into Pandora_Behaviour_Engine>Nemesis_Engine>mod
Step 5: Run Pandora and tick the "The Ultimate Dodge Mod" and update
I honestly don't know how you figured this out, but I don't think any of us could thank you enough. I hope whomever is employing you in the real life is utilizing your capabilities, they're wasting their own time if not.
Just wanted to say thanks, just got this running on 1.6.1170 verified that its working with my character, using your steps and current pandora engine. Truly a lifesaver.
This mod removed clothes from all of the children in my game. No, seriously.
I looked online and I'm not the only one having this problem. See here, here, and here. Essentially this dodge mod edits the clothing records of characters in order to play the "footstep" or "roll" sound that happens when you dodge, and somehow this just completely removed children's clothing. There is a patch available if you use RS children, but if you don't (like me) then there is no fix available. At least, not one that is readily available to novice modders.
The worst part is that I uninstalled this mod, but the children character's clothes are still missing. So, this mod pretty much ruined my entire save. I would highly recommend not installing this mod. The creator is not able to troubleshoot/support anyone on PC (it says so on the description page) and all of the bug reports on this nexus page have gone completely unanswered.
So it sort of works but having issues with it not working while having a weapon equipped in the right hand and doesn't work with bows either. I have all the patches including, SPID and the patch collection. Amazing mod but will have to uninstall it until I figure out what's wrong.
This mod is not compatible with Violens. You won't get any error but it does disable kill moves. Not sure why but it does. Probably has something to do with animation.
Well, you will get kill moves but only in Werewolf/Vampire form.
i cant get my character to dodge. npc's do just fine but i dont? instead i crouch like im sneaking with no eye indicator of sneaking whilst also having a separate key that utilizes sneak normally? help plz
Having the exact same issue, the "dodge" key just crouches with no eye indicator, and the "sneak" key defined in the MCM does a normal sneak with the eye. I ran nemesis with TUDM checked, installed mo's patches and the SPID patches, installed the compat patch for crouch sliding and verified load order, absolutely nothing changed

Mo's TUDM Patch Collection

And they did this with Nemesis. I have no idea what this is so I assume Nemesis users will understand the significance here.

it works after your comment
