   I#ve downloaded and installed, can't seem to see it in the forge crafting menus, is a specific perk needed?

      I've double checked the esp all you need is tundra cotten and leather strips, no perks are needed.

      Hmm, there's a conflict somewhere then, no idea where since Vortex isn't coming up with anything and it shows it is installed and enabled but not appearing in the forge crafting menu :/
      
      Shame, I really wanted this for my current jester themed play through

      You should check via xEdit then, the only conflict I can see is if another mod uses the same formid's.
      Which is possable but by a tiny chance.
