this looks super cool, but dear dairy doesn't have all those menus, it's just new game, load game, contine and exit, can you make a version like that ? ( yes i have AE but I only access those extra buttons once per install then I forget about cc )
Quick Update: There is a way to make the snow fall slower but there are tons of files and whatnot to go through that it’s easy to mess something up and/or get lost. Will get back to you if and when I do figure it out! Sorry for any inconvenience. Cheers Pal
Hahaha, no worries! Honestly, I assumed it would be tweaking a value in the nif particle emitters, but I haven't had a chance to peek at it myself as I was out of town for a few days.
All good! Feel free to change it and if you do manage to figure it out, please send the file or steps on how to do so. I’ll try looking through the emitters again just in case I missed something but I do like the idea of slower snow. I’d definitely add it as an extra optional file.
With some quick playing around, I was able to change the speed of the snow by fiddling with speed setting on the NiPSysBoxEmitter. I changed all of them to 1 to test and it worked, though a slight variation between numbers would likely be good because the original speed for all the emitters are slightly different.

An Update Regarding the Text: The Wonderful GLASSASSIN has been helping me along the way but we are both lost on trying to change the logo to black. However GLASSASSIN has contacted the Author of Dear Diary to implement a Dark Logo which the author may or may not act on. Hopefully soon I can update this mod to add a dark version but until then, I’ll try digging through more files but I am unsure. Will get back to you when an update releases. Cheers
