Help, all the guards in Windhelm are shoeless and their feet are cold on the old stone slabs :(
I dont believe I have any other mods that affect the outfits of guards or the armour pieces themselves

    EDIT - IGNORE, FIXED

I have to say I do love this mod, but there is just one thing that i have found is if you have LotD Gallary the armor stands in the armory will display the chest, Feet & gloves but not the head because the vanilla helm is gone except on the Stormcloaks so they are the only one with a head on.
It would be cool if you could make a version of the mod with the vanilla helmets back in.

Is this a replacer or an addition?

Been having the same problem, opened xEdit to see what was happening and it seems that comprehensive sleeve pack is conflicting with this mod, something having to due with the stormcloak textures as well as the sleeve models being overwritten. Would really like to know how to fix this as all the guard armors have a portion of their textures being stormcloak while the bandit variant use only the stormcloak textures.

      Sigh, damn stormcloak rebels

Is it possible to make the Stormcloaks only wear the Windhelm armor? I absolutely LOVE the guards wearing all of this armor, but I'd still like to have some uniformity in the Stormcloaks.

One of the greatest armor mods I've seen, and I don't give out faint praise. This is the real deal!

This mod is high quality, but it needs tempering recipes! I want to be able to wear my quilted armor for a long time, not to throw it out because it's functionally useless. :c

I also would like to be able to upgrade these armors at the workbench, at least as well as the vanilla version. The textures are beautiful

No armor for Falkreth and Whiterun...they are tough indeed. Appreciate a fix for this, other than that, it's great...keep up the good work.

You can make a merged patch in SSEEdit and add the capes to the reoutfitted outfits. I did it myself and it works fine, but I'm reluctant to upload it to Nexus without the original creators' approval.

Mind explaining HOW you made the merged patch? It'd be cool to have this mod installed with Cloaks of Skyrim

I know this is a bit late, but I just tried and it is very simple to make the merged patch. There's a number of guides of making merged patched with sseedit or tes5edit (they seem to work the same way), which can explain the detailed process better than me. It ended up taking 15min and I have no experience with sseedit.

      http://wiki.step-project.com/Basics_of_Resolving_Conflicts

The conflict is in the "Outfits" category - I made a merged patch by copying the outfits category from RG&S into the patch ("copy as overwrite into" the patch), then on the right side of the screen dragging the individual cloak items over from the cloaks mod into the patch.

I had to use the console to reset in the inventory of the affected guards in my current save, but it worked great and now my guards have both the cloaks and insanitypay's amazing guard outfits.
