This makes almost all people around me glide forward instead of walking. I'm also using the actor limit fix mod and read in the comments that I'm supposed to use this one together with that one, is that correct? Because as I said, I can't use this one. As soon as I uninstalled it the npcs around me started walking around again.
I tried it. I have reinstalled Skyrim, running SKYRIM SSE 1.6.353.0.0, SKSE64 2.1.5 on a completely new MOD build and re-imaged WIN10. After having no luck with (Increase Actors in a Cell? + Actor Limit Fix?) due to the .NET Script Framework requirements, I tried Artificial Intelligence Limit Increaser. However, even after increasing the AI Actors to 500 and the Combat Actors to 400, other Actors (Birds, Cows, Sheep) still floated up. I don't think we can do anything about this until the MOD Author of Actor Limit Fix updates the MOD to work with the new .NET requirements; or visa versa.
Thanks for this. Set limit to 200 in xEdit and turned it into ESL. Works great in conjunction with the Actor Limit Fix so no more floating NPCs, no more NPCs whose lips don't move, and no more NPCs who just stand around like retards not following their AI. I only had the problem in Whiterun after starting to use Open Cities, so I guess I busted through the max active actor limit until I installed this.

Everyone. I am back and will be updating the mod to make it ESL!

Should I use both or just one?
Sometimes it's the comment section that's the real MVP! (no offense to mod authors and devs)
thea way. I downgraded to 1.5.97.actor limit fix and follow the instructions
Glad it's up
I don't believe in downgrading
