Adds a magical bathhouse to the College of WInterhold.

Are you tired of having to return to the non-magical inn in Winterhold during your long studies at the College of Winterhold to bath?
Then this mod is for you!
It adds a trap door to the top right of the main collage courtyard that leads to a bathing room.
The bathing room is based off of the other ones added by Keep it Clean with a magical theme added to it.
I placed it in the courtyard so all members of the collage could access it.
Has all the features you would expect from a Keep it Clean bathhouse, undress basket, soap basket etc.
Requires both Obscure's College of Winterhold and Keep it Clean.
