If you're on the broken Skyrim Special Edition 1.6.1130 update, make sure all your DLL mods are compatible with 1.6.1130 (this is common sense). If you're experiencing new crashes. The reason is you didn't make sure all your DLL mods are compatible with 1.6.1130.
I've seen multiple instances of this happening with Ancano.
In my last game, in the early days, the courier visited me to give me a letter of inheritance. Ancano had fallen off a ledge to his death, you see. And then my game CTD moments after that. Many in real life months later I found him, lying on the ground far below the keep. I couldn't understand why he had never been cleaned up, or why he didn't have a coffin.
I encountered a random freeze that I haven't seen in a long time after updating the version,I got frozen while switching cells (I set the cell refresh time to 3 days), so I suspect it's a problem with cleaning dead body

since this script has nothing to do with cell refresh time nor does it do anything on cell change, that probably has nothing to do with it.
if you didn't kill any named npcs recently, then this mod has nothing to do with your issue. if you did, uninstall this mod and load a save before you killed the npc to confirm, if it still froze, then this mod has nothing to do with the issue.
The following is from Google Translate: 0.4 adds "Removeitem" to prevent freezes compared to 0.3, but for me "RemoveItem" is more likely to cause freezes than "Removeallitems", as evidenced by the random freezes that occur when switching cells with 0.4, but not with 0.3. Also, the USSEP-modified "dlc2dragonbornaspectartscript.pex" adds "Removeitem" compared to the unmodified version, and some of my animation movesets use this script frequently, and I experience random freezes with the USSEP-modified version, but not if I revert to the vanilla script. What do you think?
I see that your mod basically just adds a unequipall call, but subhuman0100's version, also present in vanilla scripts micro optimizations?, changes the "script from being a constantly-looping script utilizing WaitGameTime() for 12 hours at time, to using RegisterForSingleUpdateGameTime()". I suppose a compatibility patch is needed, right?
Installing both this and vanilla script optimizations filled my papyrus log with wideadbodycleanup script spam and then overstressed my VM until it stack dumped.
Uninstalled this, and no more overstress, no more stack dumps. I've never had the crash anyway, so the placebo of having it in my load order is not worth the spammy script behaviour.

I don't thinks what this person said is correct. if another mod overwrote this file, this file won't get loaded and won't do anything. If this mod overwrote another mod, then the script is independent and won't be affected by other files. Perhaps they installed one of the mods in a save file while the save file is executing either script. Need to see the actual papyrus log.
This is also definitely not placebo as the crash has been confirmed to happen with multiple people.
For the fricking love of Talos, why does Skyrim do CTD when entering Solitude after Roggvir's execution?. Well that was my problem, I had forgotten to add this little gem in my modlist. And although installing it once caused the problem won't fix it, wSkeever comes to the rescue with the manual way to fix it.
I has problem being 3 years ago about game freeze/crash by fighting random/Specify NPC by melee or staying random place has much NPC. no clue to fix, google dont teach me, use so much scripts optimization mod but no luck, every time i just abandoned my progress and start a new game , spare much times to set MCM things and start my game and get no clue freeze on few day again.this is my skyrim life cycle on 3 years. Now i get a save almost be freeze again. i really want to mess up my modlist and i found this mod, and i got the freeze problem fixed! for now.
Actually i dont know is it freeze problem cause by randomly named npc deaded on my game and trigger the bug because really no clue to find, and i dont know why i got freeze when get come closer specify npc( same npc doesnt cost freeze on next game ), but you save my game so much! cheers!:3 hope the freeze problem be gone right now...
Edit: after playing by few hours form the almost freezing save,my gosh no freeze and no crash! Unbelievable my game is very stable now. thanks you very much!
I was just wondering why would anyone wanted a dead NPC remover/cleaner in the first place. I find it much more to my liking when all those dead enemies do NOT disappear out of the blue and stick around as they should, more realistic and imersive in my point of view and this is why I'm using these mods to achieve and expand upon that;

This includes updating your ConsoleUtilSSE to ConsoleUtilSSE NG.
If, in the future, Skyrim gets another update and I am not here to tell which mods to update, use your brain and research this information yourself.
You have just connected all the dots.
Or, Hope you're okay, Great Modder wSkeever for short!

can't help you without you doing the above steps.

Fixed body collision
Longer Lasting (and increased number of) Dead Bodies and Corpses
Collect Unique Corpses
NPCs Names Distributor
You are making a big issue out of nothing, when, actually, there is none as long as we are not using this: "dead NPC cleaner/remover"
