I used the eslified version spell on Black-Briar Lodge interior cell and it worked perfectly. The recently resurrected and recruited mercenaries stopped telling me "you are not suppose to be here" and every thing in the house belongs to the player. Kudos and I voted mod of the month. Thank You soooo much for making and sharing this.

Whoever dies from the story line, I can keep the house! I have Nepo's home and the Loreius Farm with no issues but I
didn't take Alva's home, I made her a follower.

Neat mod. Was hoping that it would fix my Lakeview Manor "can't sleep while being asked to leave" glitch, but still a nice mod.

When I chant spells all over the place, I get experience and my Perk level goes up.
Does this work as expected?

How does it works? Do you get a notice if the spell have worked? And does it works only on cabins or even towers?

Quick question, will this claim cells such as bandit camps, and if so, will the baddies respawn after a time?

There was a mod on Oldrim that allowed you to claim places and make them your player home, and I have never found a replacement I was happy with.

I haven't updated to SAE, so don't have the latest version of SKSE. Will it work for the version prior? (the requirement section is specific, but you didn't leave a comment next to it) thanks
