The mod was originally made on SKSE version 1.5.97 but works just fine on 1.6.40 as it only uses SKSE script.

Description:
Adds to the game two spells. One To change ownership of cell, other to change ownership of object.
1."Ownership: Current Cell" makes your faction as the new owner of current cell.
2."Ownership: Target Object" makes your faction as the new owner of object you are looking at.
I made this mod because when you kill the cell owner, you still can't sleep there, still are trespassing and still items counts as stolen. Like "Cellar" (Anise's Cabin) or "Drela's Cottage".
Both Spell Tomes can be found in "Cellar" (Anise's Cabin).
Requirements:
Skyrim Script Extender (SKSE64)
Installation:
Use Mod Organizer 2
Manual Installation:
Extract Data folder to your GameDir.
Activate "sqSpellSetCellFacOwn.esp".
Uninstallation (SKSE):
Deactivate "sqSpellSetCellFacOwn.esp".
Delete:
*Data/sqSpellSetCellFacOwn.esp
*Data/Scripts/sqSpellSetCellFacOwnScript.pex
*Data/Scripts/sqSpellSetObjectFacOwnScript.pex
Uninstallation (Vanilla):
Deactivate "sqSpellSetCellFacOwn.esp".
Delete:
*Data/sqSpellSetCellFacOwn.esp
*Data/Scripts/sqSpellSetCellFacOwnScript.pex
*Data/Scripts/sqSpellSetItemFacOwnScript.pex

Non SKSE version spell "Become Target Item Owner" aims for the closest point to the target, thus sometimes making it hard to hit the target.
