For future reference, I HazakTheMad (previously Idolmir) will only see to things involving this mod page and managing it, Enaya13 is the person to ask about creative decisions, I.E. things that involve permissions and the assets in the mod itself.
@Enaya13 I modified the esp plugin to add crafting and tempering recipes and also changed the crowns to light armor. If you want my copy, just PM me and we can arrange for me to send it to you over email.
I didn't know, I'm not much of a LOTR fan, only read the hobit. I mostly did this because someone asked for a port and the OG MA said it was fine with them.

You can craft it at the tanning rack.
