What does "Feature: 1 playable eyebrow for all vanilla races." actually mean? What does this mod do? You need to write a proper description for the mod. It doesn't say anything. How do you install it and what does it do?
....the description is fine. It says it adds 1 set of eyebrows to the game for vanilla races, so every nonmodded race can use this set of eyebrows. It adds 1 eyebrow set to the game. You install it like any other mod on nexus, if you want instructions on how to download and install mods then you probably want to read the step mod guide before looking at nexus mods. Mods that require special installation will say so but this is not one of them, it is just a basic mod (the previous version was setup incorrectly if using a mod manager but that's fixed now so it needs no installation instructions)
Same here on Vortex, and also just trying to regularly unzip says the file is corrupted/unexpected end of archive. A repack/reupload of the zip might help, but I dunno for sure
Gorgeous eyebrows but the growth pattern in your images appears to be reversed. The thicker end of the brows should be inside and the thinner end outside. Note this real life picture:
