   Lets hope someone responds to this but it seems the mod is not installing at all. Leather still weights 2 after I install this.

   Amazing! Was always so annoyed over leather having 2 in weight while leather straps only weigh 0.2. 
   Can you also do a 0.5 weight version? Want to carry as much as possible for smithing and stuff
