If target dies within dur seconds, seal their souls within the staff, empowering it. thats all i found a in game description how does it work ? do i need to use staff on living targets then kill them ? or revive them then let them die can i kill them my self ? i just got t he staff but in game info is the same as ewerywhere i looked i never played other games all i know staff should reanimate corpses but how exactly that empowering work ? what the fk is empowered ? i feel like idiot but realy i cant find or understand it
