Goldenhills Plantation is just plain unusable without this fix, I can't thank you enough!

There is an unexpected conflict though...

There's a town just east of Goldenhills called Mitt, which I didn't realize until researching the issue just now was apparently added by the mod Pirates of the North.

Your fix kinda broke Mitt. That is less important than fixing Goldenhills so nbd if there is no patch, but now Mitt is overrun with the grass that used to be all over the plantation, and worse yet there are levitating buildings and giant chasms in the terrain.

I did the best I could to capture all the issues in one screenshot

should I make a plugin rule or something to overwrite Landscape Fixes for Grass or is this just to be assumed to work with it... I am also a user of Folkvangr and the only thing I have affecting the landscape is Folkvangr and Landscape fixes and a summer tundra mod which only edits textures I've discovered.

Personally I use both with no problem and they work flawlessly (I use Verdant). "Grass Fixes for Creation Club Mods" has even fixed a landscape hole I had (for reasons that escape me) in front of Tundra homestead.

I don't think Landscape Fixes for Grass covers AE contents anyway.

As a bonus, the mod fixes the landscape hole in front of the entrance of Tundra Homestead (at least, the "Vanilla CC" version of Tundra Homestead) that some like me, can experience.

A lot of them like farms. This mod change landscape height. Which lead to holes in the map or landscape transition problem. So you need all ryn mods to overwrite this mod (but I don't know if the fix from this mod will be null), Or you can patch them with creation kit.

      Personally I removed it.

does not work with northern grass unless my precache grass is messing with this modification
edit : rather than using someone else's grass precache, I generated my own cache with updated NGIO and it's working, thank you big time

    For future users:
If you're experiencing a broken ground seam next to the smithy & grass overgrowing in the smaller farm plot rendering it unusable, this WILL fix it! If you can go INTO but not OUT OF the smithy cage this will fix it. I could never figure out why i had so much trouble with Goldenhills but i'm grateful to have found this mod to repair the weird ground & overgrown plots where nothing had  before.

I ONLY use this for Hendraheim & Goldenhills since I have other customizations for Tundra Home  & don't use the other stuff.

Personally it also seems to have caused some broken seams on the nearby road to Rorikstead, including weird or broken seams...
BUT that is very likely a load issue order on my end related to JK's and/or Northern Roads. Even if it isn't, I can DEAL with it because I'd rather have broken ground on a seldom used road rather than the front of my own house.  Goldenhills is precariously placed on collection of cells that tend to not get along well with one another with a variety of mods.

You can fix it, just find the patches you need and work on that load order.

this mod works for me, I have installed Skyrim LandScape and Water Fixes, the mod add: Tundra Homested patch, and Hendraheim patch, only I put this mod After the SLWF patches, and the mod works. I hope this help you.

Does not seem to be working for me, If I load this after Tundra homestead I get floating terrain and before the obvious overgrown grass issue.
Only things to load after this as you can see were dyndo and occlusion.
I tried with and without worldspace grouping for both tundra and the patch but same results vOv

Just an FYI.  This mod's plugin needs to be loaded after Landscape and Water Fixes - Patch - Tundra Homestead Patch.esp (assuming you're using both mods).  LOOT will automatically sort it below so editing the Metadata of this mod's .esp through LOOT to load after the aforementioned other .esp is good idea.  Thanks for this mod!
