Next to the stables of Whiterun there are some horses that can be yours.
A dragon killed its owner and now they are alone.
They are resistant and fast.
If you lose one horse, come back for another, so up to three. When you lose all three, and it is not uncommon for this to occur, uninstall the mod and re-install.
You will now have all three horses.
