In version 1.0 I made the Bandit Children levelled lists use a chance to spawn "none" in order to keep the spawn chance of the Bandit Children rare. This was a lazy way to implement the Bandit Children spawns, because it could mean that where normally an enemy was supposed to spawn, there was sometimes no enemy at all. Also dangerous for any quets involving forced bandit spawns! I fixed this by duplicating the vanilla Bandit Levelled lists and inserting the Bandit Children in there, then adding that duplicated lists into the vanilla Skyrim levelled list for bandits. No you will rarely see bandit children AND they will never 'not' spawn.

Fixed small typo in the Main file and the Dagger only patch where one of the NPC's would spawn with 12 greatswords or 12 daggers instead of 1. Thanks to GhoulSmasher for pointing this out.
