Yes, the ALL_V2 file applies to all female characters, including NPCs and the player. You do not need the specific follower mentioned for the animations to work.

Wow very nice! The original animation did always see a little out of place to me. I'm glad you didn't outright replace it though, having a mix of animations is always a good effect. Thanks for sharing!
I'm surprised that people can't read mod description (both, this mod and DAR).
So, here I am to explain you how to make this work for your character...
In Dynamic Animation Replacer (aka DAR), you have to methods to make this work for your character on MO2 (sorry for Vortex and NMM users).
METHOD 1: Skyrim.esm "plugin"
Isn't really a plugin, is just a damn folder/file path.
First: download and install the mod as normal, and then right clic on the mod and go to Open in Explore, clic that shit.
After: Windows Explorer will show up with the mod file path, and just open everything until you get to the "plugin" for Noemi like in the picture below.
Then: right clic on OK_Followers.esp and go to "rename file". Rename OK_Followers.esp to Skyrim.esm, and open the file and rename the file called 0021FD6C to 00000007 (the first one is the mod follower ID, the second one is the Dovahkiin ID, so just copy the ID and paste it overwriting the other one).
And that's all, your Dovahkiin will play cute kawaii animations, congratulations. The neat part is that those animations will play for male and female Dovahkiin, so that's where the second method comes to save the day.
METHOD 2: Conditions
The second one is about conditions. Conditions are... conditions (duh) writen in a text file as a programation language to trigger and execute order 66.... em... execute your animations according to the conditions given to the DAR plugin. We are going to make the lazy quick form.
First: open the mod in Explorer just like in the first method, go inside the file until you are in DynamicAnimationReplacer, right clic in any empty space inside the folder and select new and then clic on new folder. That folder will ask you a name, so just name it exactly like this: _CustomConditions
After: copy the 0021FD6C that it's inside OK_Followers.esp folder (right clic and copy, or right ctrl+c), go inside _CustomConditions and paste.
Then: rename 0021FD6C to any high number that looks like the inflation of Argentina or Venezuela (like 1000000, 1399900 or 25784548), and open that folder so you can right clic on any empty space inside that folder and go to new, then new text or notepad or anything you have to create .txt files. Rename that file to _conditions
Finally: copy and paste this $hlt inside _conditions.txt
IsActorBase("Skyrim.esm" | 0X000007) AND IsFemale()
or just IsFemale() if you want all the women in the game playing that animation (even your Dovahgirl with anime face).
I've made a version that applies to all female characters, with a 50% chance to use one of the new anims (the other half of the time, a vanilla anim will play, for variety).
Tested, and it works. Here's Misty Sky doing the new two-handed cup hold. Moments later she did the vanilla wide-armed clap while Serana in the background did the new girly clap, though I didn't press the screenshot key fast enough.
Original modder is free to integrate this into the original mod, either directly or as an optional download. I'm not uploading it to Nexus myself as a separate Nexus file.
Hi Darklocq. Thank you for making all female npc version and testing. I uploaded it as optional file. For me, Noemic animations looks too Japanese anime-ish for vanilla female NPC. And depending on the character's height, their palms may not stick together or stick through when they clap. My personal preference aside, your opinion gets a point. seems some people actually wants all npc version. Again, I really appreciate your cooperation.
I haven't observed the behavior close enough to see mis-aligned palms. For my part, I just like having more variety in the anims the NPCs do. :-) If the clapping one messes up too much it could be excluded.

Vanilla animation look so stiff, like they're performing ritual or doing a robot dance.. I'm surprised this is the only drinking animation I found.
