      Thanks, happy to share.
I am unsure what you mean by your question. These are just new texture files for SMIM, the obj/nif files come with the SMIM mod. If you are asking my permission to use it in recording then of course but if you mean game animations then I'm a little confused.

    I really like the texture.
But I have a hard time understanding why you choose to disable a permission to port this mod.
You didn't release it on LE nexus and you forbid other people to do so.
You're not the first SE mod author to express such attitude towards LE players and I just don't understand why.

It's just textures. Unless it's BC7 you should be able to use it out of the box.

As far as porting it isn't for lack of wanting legacy users to have them and I think I speak to a lot of the authors you mentioned when I say that. This retexture does use BC7 compression for textures and normals. A port is possible however but as it wasn't the original intent I would have to go back to the project file (Not sure when that was saved last) and redo/export them as BC1 for diffused and BC3 for normals. This already comes at a loss in information/quality. Now take someone who does mass ports and or mod packs for different platforms such as Oldrim or Xbox. They will most likely throw the textures through a resizer and optimizer making them look even worse. A lot of these authors put a bit of time and effort into making these perfect (in their eyes) for themselves but want to share with the community so that is what they release. I also don't have legacy installed so even if I did all that I'd need to reinstall for testing. Hopefully, this helps it isn't a matter of attitude it is just a bit more involved.
