This mod overhauls the Capital of Winterhold to feel like a town, adds new followers, some misc work and a player home.

This mod overhauls the Former City now Town of Winterhold to feel like it was once a great capital. the Walls lay in ruin and the population is poor.
This mod adds a Temple with a Priest who can train you in restoration, a New Blacksmith who will also train you in smithing,
a small lumber camp is behind the inn where you can chop wood for money, and by the chicken coop is a farm to work at if you wish.
There is also a ruined manor where you can recruit Hectvarsen a homeless man of the clan Bjornvach a once wealth clan of thanes, now homeless and destitute. He is one of two followers you can recruit.
The other Follower is a basic housecarl he will appear in the Jarl's longhouse like vanilla housecarls and follow you.
Speak with the Steward if you wish to purchase the Player home, You'll want to download Hearthfire multiple adoptions if you want to move your spouse and kids to the new home.
