There is a house that is placed on the edge of the river that is between two of the houses in this mod. I cant figure out what mod is causing the issue but its messing this mod up. Is there a way to delete it since its a none-disabling object? [00000014] object...
Been using this mod and it's great so far, however I've noticed that it can get a little hectic at times due to random encounters, specially hostile ones (and also one time a hunter doing its job), spawning near or inside the town, and the mercenaries aren't that well equipped at higher levels.
I would love to see this mod get more updates, to maybe make it so that we can improve the town's security through a quest, so that the guards are better equipped to deal with hostile NPCs that might spawn near the village.
I don't have much time to mod right now. But a big update to Oakwood is my next project. There should be less wolf attacks with that update and I actually alread designed a quest that will deal with the security of the village with a few steps (creating closeable gates/training the guards/improving the equipment).
Would you ever consider creating the ruins of Cascabel Hall in Haafingar? It's mentioned in the Rear Guard book. Cascabel looks to have been half-way between Solitude and Fahrun, and had the best apple trees in Tamriel.

Does that mean all of your town mods will be under one ESP/ESM?
