I love Millwater Retreat, and I am also fond of Suppy and Demand. However, Millwater Retreats containers aren't part of the PlayerFaction, so I found that when I was using them I was absolutely tanking the value of goods I stored in them, while artificially inflating the value of consumables I was removing from them (e.g. iron ingots came to be worth 2 septims each, while iron ore was 58 septims a chunk).
