Took me a bit to figure out why your records weren't overwriting any other mod's records, then I realized this was a complete standalone replacement. LOL Great job on this. Very simple and very useful. You might consider compacting the formids and flagging it as an ESL, there are only 4 records and only the quill record needs to be changed. I'm doing that for myself anyway.
Didn't seem worth an extra plugin to make it dependant, considering it's such a small mod. Could make it an ESL I suppose - I don't use this myself, as I have an ESL and ESP plugin I maintain in my load order for all mod tweaks I make. Obviously not something I could upload though as it has dozens of masters.
Atronach Mark from Apocalypse, while not a damage dealing spell is an instantaneous ranged spell that always knocked hawks right out of the sky for me too!
