Another of my presets for CotR, this time shared by request.
CotR Glow Eyes Add On (she is the female model on this page as well, before I had my ENB set up)

Choose NordDZ race in RaceMenu character creation, then load the preset - Indrica Storm or Indrica Storm 2, there's a very subtle difference, mainly in the eyes shape.
(Might work with ImperialDZ and BretonDZ races as well, but you'll probably have to tweak things a bit or manually select the correct eyes and hair.)
