For necklaces I'd rather use Bodyslide than this, because most of them are not as easy to fit (for different bodytypes) as a simple ring. Generally - everything that has to distort in some way to fit (using more than one node of the skeleton) has to be set up as regular outfit.
Even static earrings could be somewhat problematic. If you for example use RaceMenu to edit your characters ears, the rings may float or clip, because they will keep their position relative to the head node and have to be edited in NifSkope to fit perfectly in such cases.
After using this ring for a wille i found the light it projects is really anoying . It messes up Lux shadows wille you are standing . So i just unequip it , but it becomes anoying after a wille.
Which one of the lights? The "real" light casts no shadows and the ENB Light is just around the Player. You can always disable the first one with XEdit and the second one in Nifskope by setting their RGBs to 0. Then it is a nearly lorefriendly Khajiit Ring.
I'm using Lux in combo with a somewhat tweaked Culminated ENB, which gives me pitchblack regions in interiors. It works fine in my Skyrim, casting only enough dim light to avoid running into things, but depending your setup it may be to bright or to dark. One of the reasons for the "nerd stuff" pics. The third one explains how to alter color or brightness of the ENB particles to fit into your system. Or just tell me what you need and I'll try to make a special version for you.
But be warned - since the last Bethesda update ring and light don't show up directly after equipping - the first sneak phase triggers it now. Have no clue why.
