   hi, it's normal that the the fists are unenchanted ?

      If you are crafting the gauntlets at a forge, they will be unenchanted, so you can enchant them with whatever you would like.
      
      The gauntlets found in loot and merchants should be enchanted with Fortify Unarmed.
