This mod aims to update the Quiet Muffle mod from Dahveed to the current version of Immersive Sounds Compendium by lazygecko with the added twist of a specific bonus for the sneaking muffle of the Ebony Mail vanilla and the 4 versions added with Awesome Artifacts by Argonil.
The first file "quiet muffle ISC patch.esp" is the basic Quiet Muffle (without the sneak sounds patched).
The 2nd file "quiet muffle sneak ISC patch.esp" contains all the sneak sounds with the muffle condition but also the vanilla Ebony Mail muffle when sneaking only.
The 3rd file "quiet muffle sneak ISC-AA patch.esp" finally adds the same vanilla muffle to the 4 Ebony Mail versions of Awesome Artifacts.
The reason why it is done like this: When using the enchantment condition for the sound, sadly the game doesn't register the fact that the muffle effect must be applied only when sneaking (maybe with some scripting it could but this is a simple workaround). So the only way to actually apply the muffle effect to the Ebony Armor was to add the enchantment condition to the sneak sounds only. The drawback is that you will hear your armor clanking when you jump or there are some ups and downs (stumbling or falling a bit) on your road.
Notes:
All the files are ESL and do not count to your load order.
You don't need the original mod (Quiet Muffle) as this one replace all the sounds already but only for Immersive Sounds Compendium.
