Installed it just before buying Lakeview. Not enough supplies - ran out of sawn logs and quarried stone. Like, WAY short. Got most of the house done, but could only make the light sconces, barrels, and taxidermy in the basement, nothing else. Turns out you're not actually OCD after all I guess. :p

I'm not sure but i think it's on purpose, it allows you to get rid of the sawn log quest, and there are stone quarries near all three of the hearthfire homes.

      Use xEdit...

load this mod, open container... change the quantities to your needs...

      Edit:

Just thought, this mod was made in 2017 (18 September 2017) before the fishing upgrade (AE Upgrade) came out and those aquariums and the added-on wing in the basement are the reason for the lack of supplies.

There is nothing in the chest for me, is it because I bought the house first?

I don't know if it's necessary but are we able to remove the mod after using the supplies/finish building?

Yes, because of the way Skyrim handles items.  You don't actually "retrieve" an item from a container; the item in the container is deleted and you get a copy.  Following, when you craft, the ingredient item is destroyed to create the item desired (in this case, the part of the house, furniture, etc).  You can actually pull every item out of the chest, save, quit, delete the mod, then re-enter Skyrim and you'll still have all the items.

I'm noticing a pretty significant fps hit using this mod. Approximately 10-12 although it doesn't make much sense. I like using it because the house building gets tedious but can't afford the hit.

This is something I always wanted, building Hearthfire houses requires too much time to hunt for the materials and stewards take forever to furnish the houses, mod like this solves the problem. It is cheating though and I don't have a habit of cheating in Skyrim, but I have a solution for that, you reimburse the player for 5000 gold and give all materials for free, so I just drop an amount of gold I believe is appropriate into the lake, 5000 gold your mod reimburses plus cost of furnishing the house equals to maybe 20.000 gold. I am not complaining at all, your mod is really fantastic, does what it says, but I just need to pay for the house. Endorsed.
