Disables fast travel in the map menu, and fixes the bug where you would no longer be able to place custom markers near discovered locations. This is a VR port built of Parapets MIT source code.

I've built this from Parapets latest source under MIT. VR versions will always have a tweak version (e.g. 1) although it will be based on SSE as long as possible.
