Allows you to move around in Dialogue Menus. This is a port of Dialogue Movement Enabler based on Vermunds MIT source code.

bRightHandControl - Specifies right hand controller controls dialogue interaction with joystick. Set false to use left hand.
bUnlockCamera - Disabled in VR
