This mod has been merged into my "Small Replacers" all-in-one, check it out here to save some plugin slots.
All screenshots were taken with a slightly tweaked Rudy ENB in LE.

No, you'll have to delete the ones you don't want either manually or with a tool like EasyNPC

Just chiming in to mention that Senna's model includes a reference to hair using the file path Pandorable\Devoted Dames\Mhysa.nif. However, that file is not included in the downloads here.

Loose hair meshes aren't required, hair is baked into facegen

Gotcha. Noticed it while poking around in xedit troubleshooting missing hair. Must be something else on my end then!

Really love the Aranea overhaul. My only issue is that your work is constantly hidden because she keeps putting on the default blue robes she has. >:( I give her better robes with no hood and she constantly puts on the old robes most times when we zone to a new area. I realize this is a problem with Skyrim in general when trying to dress NPC's, but is there any chance you'd give her a hoodless option like Senna?

I don't remove every hood on NPCs and as Aranea is found in a very cold and windy location it makes more sense to keep her hood. I can absolutely add a hoodless option at some point (could be tomorrow, could be in 3 months) but it will only be for this mod, if you use my small replacers AIO she will still have her hood on with that plugin.
If you don't want to wait for my optional plugin, you can edit her outfit in xEdit with just a few clicks. I'll try to get to it soon, but I'm easily distracted and already working on two other mods so even though it's quick it might take me a while :') If you use the AIO though, let me know and I'll show you how to change her outfit yourself in xEdit (or the creation kit, if you prefer that).

The core issue for you though seems to be followers re-equipping unwanted outfits, and while I don't know what the cause is I would suspect it's your chosen follower framework or lack thereof. EFF and NFF are both really good, I'm partial to EFF and have never had any issues with it. There are also simpler, more lightweight frameworks but I have no experience with them so I can't recommend any specific ones.

For some reason I can't make the hoodless Senna version to work, and hard to say if the meshes worked as well.
Do I need to marry her in order for the changes to work?
Also, I have already finished the Diabella's quest, is there any other that I must finish?

Edit: it was a conflict with Senna follower mod.

If it possible for you can you make separate file for each character? I only want aranea. The reason I am asking is that there might be mod that need this mod and if I do it myself I can't use that one

And by the way they are really beautiful

If you're thinking about mods like the follower dialogue expansions, they shouldn't have specific NPC replacer requirements and you can just use whichever replacer you want.
Delete the NPCs you don't want to keep if you don't want the entire mod

I can't get Sena hoodless to work even after editing the main file esl in tes5edit to be wearing hoodless. Before this even traditional overwrite order was not working at all

Late reply, but in case you are still trying to get the mod to work, and assuming you are using a mod manager like MO2, try doing the following:

      • Install both the main file and the optional hoodless mods, but as separate mods. So for example, install main mod as something like "PAN_DevotedDames ver 1.0" and the hoodless option as "PAN_DevotedDames ver 1.0 - hoodless".
      • Enable both mods and move them near or to the bottom of load order in the left mod panel. Have the hoodless option be placed below the main mod so that it is overwriting the main mod.
      • On the plugin panel on the right, move the esp "PAN_DevotedDames" to near the bottom of the plugin list.

That was what I did and it ended up working for me. Hopefully this helps.

I had this mod literally last in my load order and i still had brown face. It's odd because i have your other mods that also change npcs that bijin do, such as mjoll and aela, and they work no problem.

Necro, but I had the same problem.

Using the new  "Small Replacers" all-in-one from the sticky post solved this issue.
