VStormV's ENB and Reshade customized for Haze Weathers 2. The goal was to use ENB's special effects and Reshade's eye adaptation effect.

Installation (Manual)

Download the latest ENB (v0.465) here. Then put the ENB files where SkyrimSE.exe is. Extract my ENB files and overwrite them in the folder.
Press Shift + Enter to open up ENB's overlay. You can disable lens effect if you don't like it.
The new reshade may be confusing as there are many effects to choose from. You can just choose all of the effects or you may want to use older versions (around 3.4.1) from here:

Then run the new version to update after installation.
1) Download preset and unzip to the same place as to where your SkyrimSE.exe is.
2) Download reshade from https://reshade.me/
3) Run setup tool > Follow instructions > Close setup tool > Start game > Press Home or Shift+F2 (older version) > Select VStormV preset > Profit
Make sure there's only one HDR running. You can adjust the HDR strength and vibrance to your liking.
Don't forget to set performance mode on once you're done.
**Set bIBLFEnable in SkyrimPrefs.ini [Display]. Set it to 0. This is to remove horizontal glares.
For dark display issue in Windows 10, adjust your gamma, type "Colour Management" under search taskbar and follow the guide here.
Recommended an IPS monitor rather than a TN for better color gamut. Mine's a Dell 2nd hand bought for RM200.
