Original mod clearly states that you must have permission before you can upload the mod.
Do you have permission from the original mod's author ?

No, I just stole his mod and uploaded it here...

Of course I got his permission before I uploaded it.
As you see in description: "Official Port".

So now please answer, why do you want to know that? Why do you tell me "...must have permissions..."?

Very rude, to accuse me stealing his mod. Especially without any evidence.

I want to know that because some users are quite entitled and re-upload older mods without permission from the original mod author on a daily basis. Anyone can type "Official Port" on their description page without people knowing the facts.

And yes, you must have persmission before "porting" a mod, unless otherwise specified, that's stated in the ToS from this site.

Very rude, to accuse me stealing his mod. Especially without any evidence.
I do not know why you need to be al that offensive to me, I'm just asking if you have permission from the mod author. I'm not saying you stole the mod. I do not need evidence, the permission rules are clear about these things.

You don't need to link the ToS, I know them.

It's just a weird combination if you state the port as redundant, while also asking if I have permissions (Like you wanna get it taken down idk?) I am not english native speaker, so my messages maybe rude idk, I'm sorry for that.

      Regards
      Elias

Na the way you asked the author was kinda condescending and assumptive. The way you said it would be like me saying "The rules clearly state that you cannot smoke on an airplane" to someone who had just recently bought tickets. Like that's not common knowledge or decency or something.

Unless you are a mod or something I don't see why you found it necessary to take on the responsibility of asking the author if he'd had permission.

      From the ToS :
We depend on our users to help maintain a culture of collaboration and accountability. To that end, we provide tools to report user-submitted content which may violate our policies and guidelines. These tools come in the form of a “Report” as well as a “Report Abuse” button which can be found underneath submitted forum posts and/or on mod pages respectively. These reports are sent directly to our staff and moderation team for review. Reported content and associated accounts that are found to be in violation of our policies and guidelines may be subject to administrative action as described in our Moderation Policy.

"Do you have permission from the original mod's author ?"
Na the way you asked the author was kinda condescending and assumptive
There is nothing wrong with the way I asked.
Also, what the mod states is from the original mod author, those are not my rules.
Do you think the original mod author is condescending ?

I have not reported anyone, I didn't report any abuse so I have no idea why you're on my case.
If you think I did something wrong, please report me, otherwise please refrain from commenting.
      Thank you

@TheButterbrotMan - It would help next time if you include a screenshot of any permission the mod author gives you. Just a little tip is all. That way questions like this will not come up and it allows anyone to see the permissions given by the original author. I hope this helps.

Nah dude, you sounded like a jerk, no takeaway. If you suspect something, you can bring it up to moderators and they can handle it from there, the response from ToS that you posted has nothing to do with white-knighting your way to victory. Either report for mods if you believe so and move on. Just because you feel like you didn't say anything wrong, doesn't mean that you didn't. What other people perceive is going to be different from your view, and in this case, you sounded like a stuck up child.

You're on the internet. People are going to comment. Get over yourself.

This guy is so unhappy in his real life he chooses to spend his spare time going on here harassing people acting as a pseudo mod police officer, quite pathetic.

This has an incompadibility with SMIM: If loaded together, regardless of order, the Miner's Clothes (the one on the far left of the mod cover foto) will have a yellow tint on the torso, but not on the arms or below the belt.
Considdering the popularity of SMIM, would you considder doing a patch for this issue?

Thank you for this port and your time.

So this'll only change textures and not meshes right? Jw cause I have skimpy versions installed and wondered if it would just override them into normal clothes again. Thanks in advance.

No, it's not. It's just different textures. Please check Originalmodewebsite on that.

There could be several reasons why someone don't want to use Rustic, so here's an alternative.

I remember this back in LE and before the pre-Rustic x mod days. Good (and simpler) times lol.

Glad to see it back as a vanilla style alternative.
