Really not sure tbh. Would suggest just manually downloading the file, creating your own custom DAR folder within SKYsa and throw these hkxs in there along with a txt file setup for one handed sword conditions
My friend, if you can’t set up a DAR folder, some conditions and drop some files into said folder, idk what to tell you. It’s pretty straightforward and it’d be the simplest solution. I don’t really have advice beyond that.
did you download intense combat from the SkySA modpage? and add fInitialPowerAttackDelay=x (where x is bewtween 0.1 and 0.15) to your skyrim.ini file i did both of those and it works
I like this move set but I'm unsure if it is working properly. The moves are working but I'm stuck in place whilst performing them besides when doing the sprinting attacks.

Also, ABR is compatible with CGO, so you could try it with ABR
