I'm not sure how fomods handle multiple files overwriting each other so if something breaks it might be due to that, in any case i hope this mod will see some use and is indeed an improvement over the vanilla meshes at the very least.
These eyes are standalone and previous eye texture mods aren't compatible with it you need to read the description to understand exactly what it does and how to use them.

The EFA Female patch for Vector's High Poly Head isn't working properly.
EFM patches are bugged.
There is an eye mesh flickering/rendering/depth issue after switching to high poly head but this is something the author(s) of high poly head are aware of and cannot or haven't been able to fix, meaning that particular issue isn't caused by my mod, but it can be fixed by closing RaceMenu and opening it again, it won't fix the eye lash issue in the patches i've made for it but it should fix the eyeball meshes sometimes being misaligned and clipping when creating a new character.
The look up expression slider is broken and is causing the bottom lashes to detach from the skin on females, this happens even on a fresh install using vanilla eyes with only Alt Start, Ussep and Racemenu installed in my case so, at least for now, i'm going to assume this is a vanilla bug impacting my mod too and there is nothing i can do about it.

Make sure the replacer plugin is working properly and isn't missing anything.
Might add beast race support later on once all bugs have been fixed.
Hmm, you mean the eyelashes don't attach properly to the eyelids, especially when using sliders to edit the eyes? That's the only issue I have noticed so far. Had to fix it manually via Racemenu's sculpt tool.
Would love to get a solution for this, as it stands this mod is unusable for me with EFM. Eyelashes not attached to eyelids. Guess author is MIA? (edit) I actually did find an issue just now, in that when you choose both RaceMenu and COTR in the FOMOD you will only get the RaceMenu morphs.ini file for COTR. Investigating further, but thought I'd share this finding...
UBE isn't an alternative. UBE is a whole new body. - Eyes Mod 3 https://www.ddsworkshop.net/eyes-mod-3 - BNP eyes https://www.nexusmods.com/skyrimspecialedition/mods/76567
So, I originally thought this would give you access to better eye shapes but it improves the eye model instead. It didn't really work too well in my case.
Honestly the best eye replacer I have ever seen, massively updates and modernizes NPC's appearances. Thank you so much for sharing your hard work with us!
I was hoping to add my own edited texture but for some reason I am unable to open the .dds files in GIMP (tells me "unsupported DXGI format"). I have the plugin to open .dds in GIMP, so I'm not sure what is happening. If anyone could please help me out I would really appreciate it!
I was finally (after trying several mods and just not finding the right match) able to get blond eyelashes with light blue eyes by copying the iceblue eyes from one of the normal human options over the snowelf one, plus no NPC will have it cus they won't naturally pick snowelf eyes! WOO! Works fine with me patching over racemenu and expressive facial animations for females. Highly recommend.
For the eye lashes bug, I spent the whole day trying different thing, EFM full, EFM racemenu plug in alone, EFM racemenu plug in overwritting EFM full plus different option in the patch menu of this mod and I can't find what goes wrong but I did find some sort of reccurent things: If you make your preset from the vanilla base model (when you chose a girl) everything works perfectly with or without HPH so creating a new preset is ok. If you use a preset that when you select it you are already on HPH (for my example I used wanheda preset) you will get the eyelashes bug. If you use a preset that when you load it you are on vanilla head and you need to manually put HPH in face part (I took VIVID preset which is made for HPH but when selected is on vanilla low poly head by default) you will have perfect eyes and no eyelashes bug like the vanilla model. So it seems to be linked to the preset you use (maybe what mod like EFM,HPH, EFA you had the moment the preset were made and if they got converted from low poly to a HPH version) need further testing because I don't know how much preset are affected and how but it could be a starting point.
