I don't know, I think the meshes need to be patched (not only texture paths, but maybe also UV maps)
edit: the file names seem very similar, so maybe they are compatible without UV edits (maybe they have the same texture "structure"?). Don't know for sure, though.
cc ayleid ruins are a part of the base game for creation kit use so with a few changes to beyond skyrim to use these ones instead then this mod should work with it
There are patches that make Bruma use CC Ayleid textures (The Halls of Rielle - Beyond Skyrim Bruma and The Cause Combined) so I imagine it could work, but I haven't been able to test it yet.
