For people asking about the arms/skin on the pictures, they are some custom assets I've made in the past. Unfortunately they haven't been uploaded anywhere as they have a bunch of issues I'd have to fix before I'd feel happy with a public release.
Is it possible you could make this work with a texture replacer? Such as: https://www.nexusmods.com/skyrimspecialedition/mods/102904?tab=posts&BH=0 And could you make a version for the oghma infinium too? Love this idea btw.
I beg of you, please remake em! They're honestly some of the best arms I've seen in a while, and definitely fit the corrupted vibe I generally go with.

Very promising idea, but needs a bit more thought as to integration and balance. Maybe have all the normal black books be wearable with different recipes being available at tanning racks to create them? Just the books and some leather strips would be helpful. Also potential for each book to have different effects.

The arms are something I made for my character a long time ago in LE. Unfortunately they are too broken in SE and would need a complete remake
