About this mod

Want to get some use out of taking the perk at the pinnacle of each skill tree before going legendary with it? Now you will! PSTPST sets the skill level needed for the last perk of each skill to to 95 instead of 100.

Inspired by Master Perks Available At Skill Level 90 ESL uploaded by tamtastic.

I liked the idea of being able to take the last perk before hitting 100 in a skill because I felt I was missing out on some of the fun of having the perk, namely being able to use the ability the perk gave you to make it to maximum skill. For me at least, as soon as I hit 100 in a skill I want to go legendary with it so I never really got to really enjoy having that penultimate perk. But the mod that inspired me set this skill level at 90 and that seemed a little bit cheaty to me. So I decided to make one that did the same thing but set the skill level needed to 95. This way you still get some play time with the perk but still have to make a significant investment to get there. I'm mainly thinking of the mage skills where you can get the master level quest for each skill at skill level 90. This way can enjoy using the perk on the nifty Master level spells before making the skill legendary.

BUT WAIT! THAT'S NOT ALL!!!

Because of conflicts, I have patches. Shiny, clinky patches! Well...only two so far, of which I can only publish one because I'm waiting on permission for the other. But that isn't to say that I won't make others, either on my own or by request. Below is a list of available patches along with ones that I am waiting for permission for.

Available
Full Magic Scaling by ilovecarpet (mod has open permissions in the description)
Perfect Touch Work On Essential NPCs by GallumX (permission granted via Nexus message)
Vokrii* by EnaiSiaion (as requested by Errant Witch) (mod has open permissions indicated)
Ordinator^ by EnaiSiaion (mod has open permissions indicated)
Cosmonachª by EthicalLune (mod has open permissions indicated)

Requested/Planned
Adamant

Each file will be listed individually but once I learn how to make an FOMOD I will post that instead.

* Vokrii does not require my file for the vanilla game. Vokrii changed all but one pinnacle perk and I wasn't going to make my main file a master over one perk, so I just altered it in the file I made for Vokrii.
^ Ordinator does not require my file for the vanilla game. Ordinator changed ALL of the pinnacle perks so there was no reason for my main file. There is one perk that I did NOT alter, the Enchanting one. Because of the description I felt that it was something that you wouldn't be able to do until you maxed out the skill. There is also a lot of what I assume are unused perks but because I have never used Ordinator I couldn't be sure. So I went ahead and changed them as well, just in case. There are some perks with 'NPC' in the name and I don't know if are strictly for NPCs or not, but I altered those too. If you can get the pinnacle perks early then they should too.
ª Cosmonach does not require my file for the vanilla game. Cosmonach changed all but the Lockpicking pinnacle perks and I wasn't going to make my main file a master over two perks, so I altered it in the file I made for Cosmonach. Also, there are a few perks in Cosmonach that I think are unused but I couldn't be sure. So I went ahead and changed them just to be safe.

Conflicts
Every single mod that modifies any to the last, PENULTIMATE...eh hem, PINNACLE perk of a skill tree. But I'm probably willing to make a patch, just need to ask.
