    so looking at the mod page for AOS, as of 3.9.0 does is this patch still needed?

      there are unique sounds from it that still can be patched but they're minor

      Patch is still available; id advise checking in xEdit if you want those changes

    I think this needs an update. Was going through the region records in xedit and I see some new weather types that have not been forwarded. L00 may have included those changes in the recent updates.

      Sounds like a comment that would be suited for the main mod.
      I personally do not have AE and NAT III is working perfectly so, I'd say no.
