The picture looks really nice but for some reason the mod changes the name of The Bannered Mare on the door, to 'A Égua Emblematica' or something like that.
Friend, I am sorry to say so but I started a new vanilla game with only your mod and Alternate Start as modlist. I went to Whiterun, and somehow I do not get the painting in the Bannered Mare. I have the wooden frame and the empty "white" canvas, but not the picture. I don't know, it does not seem to work - at least for me.
Is the mod working for others? What could I be possibly doing wrong?
Look, buddy. I tested it here in my game and it works perfectly. I did a clean install of the game and Paint appeared as it should. I'm going to ask a friend to install it in their game to test it, as soon as I'm done, I'll call you, ok.

Thank you. I also thought it had a nice mood. It is good old ELFX together with Ambiance. Ambiance is an alternative to ELFX Enhancer which I also like, really. I just like Ambiance a little more.
The ENB I'm using is Natural View Tamriel NVT (by firemanaf) for Rustic Weathers, the quality preset (including the ComplexParticleLights effect which is very nice for the candles). Just saying, Rustic Weathers is underappreciated but very well made. I always have either Rustic or Obsidian (NVT for Obsidian is also excellent). Happy gaming!
NOTE: I tried to merge the mesh of the gif with the mesh of the frame, but it didn't work because it removed the animation. If someone else can, let me know, okay?

The texture was missing from the file I sent on Nexus.

How did you make it animated? I hope you don't mind sharing what steps I could take if I wanted to replace the painting with another one.
I used this tool to convert gif into Nif and then I created a static object in CK and placed it inside the frame.
