It is totally simple to do that yourself. Just open the esp in xEdit and add some survival mode keywords to it (I don't use SurvivalMode but the keywords are something like "Warmth", "Warmth Rating" or something like this.
I'm not normally big into dragonbone anything but for whatever reason the aesthetic of this works for me and I look forward to actually trying it out rather than just downloading it and letting it collect dust like most mods hehe.
Hey. The armor meshup looks really nice. You could mention that it works with every texture replacer, that is a big plus. I use FranklyHD for dragonscale/plate and it works on this armor.
Would be nice to add a little more variety, e.g. add a one-handed dragonbone sword version too.
Edit: I had some crashes while running arround and fighting with this armor/weapon. I didn't have those crashes when not having this mod active the same time in this test scene. I tried it multiple times. I would probably expand my crashlog file or give more hints to be sure if it is really related to the armor or some engine bugs or anything else that causes this. Did you fight with this armor while testing it?

When i try to equip it, it isn't the helmet of Dragonscale Berserker, but instead comes out the Dragonplate helmet model.

Not a bug. The helmet is for human characters only.
No helmet mesh has been created for Argonian, Orc, or Khajiit.
