   hey big fan of your npc replacers but......why arent these ones redguards?
   
   Edit just realised in the mod the npcs are mostly imperial which makes zero sense but great work otherwise

   Are the other NPCs in Gray Cowl given a makeover (the townspeople, etc...) or just the three in the pics?
   
   Edit: I loaded this mod but I don't see any of the other NPCs changed so I'm assuming that they weren't touched unless something on my end is conflicting.  Anyway, if the others haven't been given a makeover it would be great to see that at some point.
