It seems like "meshes/dlc02/loadscreenart/loadscreenstahlrim01.nif" has exactly the same problem... just to let you know; maybe you want to fix that too :)
Lol and I thought she was wearing green gloves. If your up for it I just noticed a nordic armored warrior with a green face. I got this loading screen while in Solstheim.

Thanks for getting around to this finally! So annoying when it pops up in loading. And thanks for the necropost, I took a break shorty after making that query so I never got around to it myself. Truly the little things!

By the way, do you know if a similar issue affects any of the other loading screen characters, such as the argonians and the orc? They don't seem to have the Skinned flag either.
I haven't encountered any issue with those. If the lack of skinning doesn't cause any problems on them then I don't think they need fixing. Are those models broken for you?
Not particularly no, though the Argonian barkeeper sometimes look a bit weird, it may just be ENB and not the mesh being an issue. I'll try to make a personal mesh edit to see if it changes anything on my end.

How about the inside of the Wood Elf's knees? It might just be an issue on my end, not entirely sure...
