Slightly updated Reproccer Reborn patcher for ZEdit, splitted by modules on typescript with localization

All generated edids for new entries use default edids as base values.
All locale strings moved to localization.ts file to simplify translation process (but still require some adjustments and testing due to rules in different languages).

All serach by FULL or DESC fields in patcher now use EDID - EditorID
Repo contains english as base language and russian as second for example. I know some French and Polish words and grammar rules but still not enought for full translation.
Also i add a NPC patcher because SkyRe_EnemyScaling change many NPC records and merge them manually are my nightmare.
