I've been looking for something like this! Unfortunately in my game when I check number of times shouted, it never increases. I can lock the % decrease though so, I guess it works but I was really looking forward to the skill based part.
Just wondering, is it possible to add an option for each should to have their own individual cooldown? I used a mod for this in the past but it's broken now, I'd love a modern replacement.
Basically when a shout is used it goes on cooldown as normal, but it doesn't prevent you from using ALL shouts for that duration, letting you switch around.
Mod works as intended but for some reason, it messes up the images in my constellation when leveling up. The points that are already added and normally are illuminated with bluish light are now a hazy clear diamond shape. Strange...
EDIT. Well nevermind, I reloaded the game and now it's not doing that. hmm....oh well.
I'll keep an eye out for this happening to anyone else but theoretically this shouldn't happen as the mod doesn't touch the skill trees or affect the player's skills in any way.
And I'm aware, but I assume that most people who want it that way can do that themselves since it's so simple to do and I didn't only want to provide an ESL version. I am probably going to upload an ESL version soon though.
Update: I've uploaded the ESL version of the mod. Although I also have a new version of the mod out (version 1.2.2) and that one could not be turned into an ESL, I'm afraid.
The max percentage is 100%. Although by default it is only reached once you've shouted 3.000 times. You can also set it to only trigger after shouting 30.000 times if you don't want it to trigger (realistically).
You can also, at any time, simply disable the skill-based ability and switch back to the normal ability which can be set purely with the slider in the MCM. So if you only want it to reach a certain percentage (like say 90%) then once you reach that percentage with the skill-based version you can simply disable it and return to the regular ability that can be set with the MCM and set it to whatever percentage you wanted to be the maximum (like let's say 90%).
I've thought about allowing you to set a maximum in the MCM but I didn't want to include that in the script that is used to level the skill. I may include such an option if I make a version 1.2.2 of the mod though, but only if I can do it in a way that doesn't make the script in question longer (and I think I might have an idea on this but haven't tested it yet).
