- If you don't see the effect in game it's probably because you don't have 'EnableComplexParticleLights' enabled in ENB (also check the COMPLEXPARTICLELIGHTS section and change the values accordingly).
Where exactly do I find this option? I've search both the enblocal.ini and the enbseries.ini and cant find it. Is it something that I can insert into either file?
From my testing, I don't think Community Shaders (CS) enables this mod to work. It's the weirdest thing, because I have several other ENB light/particle mods installed which work - even though I don't have ENB installed, only CS. But this mod specifically seems to be getting trouble from CS. I'm not smart enough to learn how to code this kind of stuff, but my guess is that the glowing gemstones use a type of lighting that is exclusive to ENB. Do you have any idea why this might be happening?
I don't know, I've never used Community Shaders (I don't remember if it existed back when I made this mod), so I've always used/tested this mod with ENB.
Community Shaders came out two years after this mod, so you're not at fault. You should try it out though! Doesn't have as many features as ENB yet but it's open-source and it's improving all the time.
Hello, I love your mod honestly and it fixes the fact that vanilla gems are dark asf lol. You said COMPLEXPARTICLELIGHTS section and change the values accordingly?????? I checked and i don't see the values for the gems. Again I love the mod but in my house I'm decorating and have a bunch of gems together and It's way too bright, just wanted to slightly turn down the brightness of the gems.
That's a setting in ENB, if it's not showing up check your ENB installation and settings, unfortunately there's no way for me to troubleshoot the problem since it's something specific to ENB itself.
Edit: if you know your way around Nifskope you can try editing the values directly there.
My only trouble is when I zoom on a gem (diamond, Sapphire, etc..) It goes offset of my screen like two screens above. It doesn't happen to any other skyrin object zoomed. I have elif too and skyui to fix the position of the items before the zoom but the problem is zooming, the gem just goes too much above the screen. I can't find anything...
I just checked Community Shaders mod description, it clearly states that ENB is not compatible with it at the bottom of its description, so naturally my mod won't be compatible with it either as it relies on ENB being present and working for the gemstones to have their particle lights.
The problem isn't this mod, it's both Community Shaders and ENB not being compatible with each other I suspect, which is probably why the author wrote that CS can be used as a replacer for ENB/Particle Lights, but I have no idea how 'compatible' mods that require ENB are with CS by default.

Edit : nevermind its just community shaders that doesn't support complex particle lights

Let me know if it's working properly.
