      I have this same question. I've been using both mods together across several playthroughs and hadn't encountered any issues, but perhaps there are lines or other content suppressed without the patches?

      I remember there was a conflict with the dismiss dialogue, but not game breaking because it would just use the last loaded mod.

      you will not have any major problem while using both without the patch, i just added a keyword from SDAO.

      My Volkihar rebuilt is sorted by LOOT before SDA, so I don't need the patch.
