These are some excellent textures, some of the best there are for the college. It should have far more attention than this. Are you ok with me uploading a patched version with my own tweaks, which might suit some others? Off the top of my head I've reduced highlights, tweaked some normals and added some parallax textures.
I liked the color scheme of this mod, but the quality of the textures did not suit me, I decided to make my own version. Perhaps the source of the floor texture was the same
