    Thanks for this, much needed!

Unfortunately this is the case with all of Skinwalker21's otherwise excellent mods. Way too loud.

I want to do something like this for the Oviraptors, Otters, Macrauchenia, and Hadrosaurs. What settings did you change/lower in xEdit?

You can find the sound files in the data folder under sounds, seek for the correct wav files and reduce the sounds with a online sound reducer and enhancer, save it, then make sure the name is the same as the original wav file and replace them.

Least if you use vortex, think for MO need seek it in the mod files.

Yep - that's the process for MO2. Find the relevant mod folder(s) in the mods directory, go to the "sounds" subfolder and find the relevant .wav file. Should be able to double click it to play on its own to confirm that you have the right file if you have an app that can play wav files. I used Adobe Audition to reduce the sound volume for my own copy of this mod.

Reduce the volume with your sound editor of choice, then simply save the wav file back to the same directory without renaming it. No xEdit required.

Personally, I also like to create a zip of the folder for the changed mod , rename the zip to append a description of what's been changed (don't rename the .esp!), and save the new zip off so that you don't have to do this all over again if you need to reinstall the mod for any reason..

It easy to do yourself though to reduce sound, I did myself with 60% reduced sound, because even with 20db lower they in group make so much noise it gives you an headache. There is an online sound reducer and enhancer.
