   I liked of this mod, for me BattleCry is a useless power for a Nord, but just a doubt: is necessary a fresh new start or works well in a mid-game?

      It will work mid game, but not all features( base stats and skills ) . Abilities/Powers will work regardless.

   i am waiting for a whole races merge tho, but, do the skill points works the same in mods that alter the skills tree, right?

      Yes it should work. Works with Ordinator.

      thanks, just wanting to know.
      
      i also have imperious but think some racial skills are quite broken, like redguards stamina outside combat.
      
      i maxed lvl 100 blocking with hadvar because i din't lose any stamina lmao
